Cardwave staff achieve their ILM qualifications

Congratulations to Emma Charlton, our Marketing and Communications Manager and Lucy Bradfield, our Customer Account Executive who are the first of Cardwave’s staff to complete their ILM qualifications funded through Wiltshire College who have accessed funding through the ESF Education and Skills Funding Agency.

Both staff have studied in their own time and have shown great commitment and enthusiasm to the course.

Emma studied for a level 3 ILM qualification in leadership and management and commented “The course provided lots of scope for self reflection and has given me more confidence in how I manage my department, in addition to my contribution to the overall management of Cardwave”.

Lucy studied for a level 2 ILM qualification in leadership and management and commented “I really enjoyed the opportunity to study for the ILM award.  The course doesn’t give you an answer to every challenge you will face but equips you with key tools to cope with future demands”

Both Emma and Lucy attended a celebration and presentation event at Wiltshire College on the 17th November to receive their certificates.

The opportunity for Cardwave staff to undertake the ILM qualifications through Wiltshire College has been really well received, the aim is to equip managers and other staff with a strengthened skill-set to succeed in a constantly evolving workplace.  Seven of our staff have signed up for the ILM qualifications.   We were attracted to the course because of its flexibility; staff can do the course online and work at their own pace with little time away from work place responsibilities.
